Firstly, please confirm whether you have completed your UG or not? Then I will have a better clarity to explain you the best option. If you have completed UG, my suggestion would be to go for MBA. After M.Tech in biotechnology again you will be in a dilemma to choose the next course after M.Tech to get a good job.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission with ME in Aeronautical Engineering. Only thing is that you have to pass the appropriate entrance exam for the course that you want to pursue.
