There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, ST category. Please try JoSAA app on play store, and use it's college cutoff and college predictions.

If the joining date or the admission procedure is over then you cannot join this year.

You are having a great rank you can easily get admission in the IHM Mumbai but if you don't get the admission in 1st round counselling, please attend the other 2 rounds of counselling. If not first, the second round you will be on top and you will surely get the seat in IHM Mumbai. All the best.

Yes, it is very important in ipu for giving an entrance exam for B.J.M.C. CET is the common test which every student or applicant is bound to give for admission in any course of IPU.
