There are several options for B.Sc In Physics if and only if you choose to pursue the higher study. You can apply for JAM (55% is minimum required in B.Sc for applying in JAM) and can go for a Master's degree from any IITs. Making sure you at least secure for yourself a well earned Master's degree. Now, once this has been achieved, automatically your perception of this degrees scope increases.

It would be a little difficult to secure admission in BMS College of Architecture with 99.5/200 marks in NATA and 78.4% in 12th.
