Yes, definitely, you are eligible to get NIT on the basis of OBC NCL ranking because with CRL ranking, it may not be possible to get an NIT. You should try for MANIT Bhopal, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, etc.
Also, you have a chance to opt for IITs also. Find the best one and go for counselling.

Placements: The placements were so good. Our senior batch got jobs in different companies. Minimum 80% of students were placed. The highest salary offered was 11 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 3.5 lakhs per annum. Godrej, Ambuja Neotia, Wipro, TCS, etc. visited.
70% students got internship.
Infrastructure: I think our infrastructure is the best in Wes Bengal. There are Wi-Fi facilities in college. Full centralized AC building, lab, classroom and library. Good medical facilities and games and sports are available in the college. Classroom and lab quality is so good.
