The thing is it is not clear about the marks obtained and your rank. Still, supposing that you got 40 more than qualified marks, not the other way round of you getting 40 out of 720. The qualification marks itself are quite low for NEET. You will not get a government seat in General or OBC category as AIQ requires 450+ as on 2016 now it has increased more. And this year, the state quota went too high. What is left is private or jointly run colleges and fee of private colleges is also high as per Times of India and the latest exposure on NEET admissions.

We can't generalize specific stream. It all depends on skills. Sales and marketing has quick money and visible growth. Finance has stable but high paying jobs. IB (international business) has good scope and money as well if you get a good company. I think if we go with our passion and know our skill better; earning will follow us. Consider MBA as a learning tool. Just degree won't help. One must learn to get more out of that by nurturing tier skills.

Definitely, a very good decision. B.Ed makes you eligible to have a TGT level job but getting a PG will make you eligible for PGT, that is lecturer level job. But you need to qualify the STET exams of respective states. If you do a PG degree with a good subject, it will surely make you strong and confident.
