According to your marks, it is not possible to get any chance in top university or any government college if you are looking to get enrolled. But you can look for other private engineering colleges in India which take direct admission or on the basis of normal exams. You can check colleges on some online portal such as https://shiksha.com, engineering.career360 and more other websites. I am sharing a fine list of good private engineering colleges. You can choose one of them.

U did not specify in which stream u have finished ur 12th standard exam, After 12th there are certain job oriented courses which can be done trough distance education. There are certain institutes/universities providing better education to the student with very less fee like BCA, B Sc (IT), DCA B Com and after that u can pursue ur master in the above said courses. Some of the universities/colleges providing correspondence/distance are Lovely Professional university, Sikkim Manipal University, Kurukshetra University.
