Depends on your interests and academics. If you think that one is better than other then that is wrong. MBA course has the same concept and that is management. The specialisation just focuses on a certain aspect of management. If you have interest in HR then go for that and if you have interest in finance then go for that. Both streams test skills of a person. If you are not sure what you want to choose then get counselling because one is not better than other.
