Pursue B.Sc in Animation after clearing class 12th. After B.Sc, you can pursue a Diploma in Animation, 3D VFX, etc. That depends on your choice. But starting with B.Sc Animation will be very helpful.

You can apply for Diploma in library science after 12th if you haven't completed graduation. If you are willing to pursue a special course in library immediately then I would suggest going for Diploma. Or else it is better if you pursue a graduation and then B.Lib.

There is no MCA in the USA. This is a degree or terminology used by Indian universities. Anyways, to study Masters in USA one would need a four year Bachelor's degree, take the GRE and TOEFL.

It has been a long time, I believe you could ask the college you has enrolled with for your course as to what can be done. There is a very high possibility that you might have to re-enrol and start afresh.

BITS do not have or offer MCA in their course offering. You can try for private or BITS, Pilani for MCA.

It depends on where your interest lies. If the process of recruitment and employee training and welfare attracts you, opt for MBA in HR. If information and technology is your area of interest, then go for MBA in IT.
