For pursuing B.Tech CSE in Cyber Security, there is no need of good percentage. You can easily get CSE in cyber security in any private college. For government college it will be difficult or may be impossible. Now if you have interest in computer and Statistics or Mathematics then only choose CSE in any college. Otherwise without any interest in computer related stuff and Mathematics it will only be waste of time and money in CSE in cyber security.

It totally depends on your skill only now as you don't have any B.Tech Degree. In starting you can get a job in any local small firm or workshop, there mostly chance that they will not ask you for any B.Tech degree and will inly ask you basic skill related ECE Work and will provide you little salary around 10-15K month will be max to max. Then after working there for 1 or more years, try to get a Certificate of appreciation from your firm. Dear Sobam, Each nation decides whether to permit foreigners to work there based on its own requirements. Americans and Britons both permit foreign nationals to work. Graduates of aeronautical engineering who work for NASA are included in this. On the other hand, foreigners are not permitted to work for ISRO or DRDO in India.
