A page will open for login, login using registration number and password. Pay modification fee of Rs 250 online or offline. It's and easy process.

There are 100 of colleges in India which offers B.Tech In Food Technology. Now for getting admission in government colleges, you should either have given JEE Mains or JEE Advance examination or Any other entrance test related to that college. In most private college you can easily get admission on basis of your 12th marks or here also you can get admission through their entrance test. Some examples pf government college are:

In BANGALORE you will get EEE and EIE. If luck is on your side you may also get mechanical but chances are low. In AMRITAPURI you will get MECHANICAL and EEE. In Coimbatore you will get chemical engineering and some other branches (except CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, mechanical)
In Coimbatore you may get civil engineering also. My personal advice is join choose engineering branch that you want rather than choosing campus ( because three campuses have their own pros and cons)

You can get very Few NIT's or IIIT's if you are from General Category but if you are from reservation Category then there is high chance of getting NIT's or IIIT's but branch will be different there. Also you can get into GFTI's if you are from reservation category. Now talking about private college, here you can almost all of private colleges.

Top 4000 to 5000
For general category in any NIT, and for top NITs needs 3 digit rank atleast. Below 5000, it is hard to get CSE in any NIT (lower also), but can get after few rounds of JoSAA counselling.

Let me tell you that the total number of seats in all NIT put together is about 50000. Out of this only a tiny fraction is reserved for EWS category. Hence, with your current ranking, it seems unfeasible that you will get admission. In this scenario, I would like to advise you to take a break, study well and again appear for the admission cycle for the academic year beginning in 2023. Best wishes to you.
