Education is not free in germany however if you able to get the scholarship then its free .Following are the entry requirements for getting admission in germany :-Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or Natural Sciences- General Management Admission Test (GMAT),English language Test like Toefl, A minimum of one years work experience after the bachelor degree
There are some top universities for MBA which are :- Munich Business School, University of Mannheim, University of Leipzig , Hochschule Furtwangen University , ESMT, European School of Management and Technology, Berlin , Dsseldorf Business School GmbH an der Heinrich-Heine-Universitt , Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology
Diploma courses are usually not available for international students in germany.

Hi,
Gecko is a reputed animation institute and offers various courses including a B.Sc degree which is affiliated to Punjab Technical University. You can definitely opt for this course if you are a 12th pass and plan to pursue a career in animation. sorry , i am not giving the answer to what u asked, but I would ask why u want to go to engineerng field, once uon a time there were 5 to 6 engineering colloeges in as tate , now adys u find atleast 40-50 engineering institutes. so unless u pass out form a very good institute theier is no value to it.
dear the best students take go to engineering or medical feild, reamaining are left to join commerce than arts. In my opinion any student who takes the commerce subjects and preparae for good managemnt institute entrance exam than he will definitely have edge over other engineerng and medical students. Please give respect to ur own subjects and do it sincerely , prepare for entrance exams. GOOD luck

Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged.Moreover It's free if you able to get DAAD scholarship, however fees is also not expensive and very minimal fee structure. Living expenses can be bit higher. To avail free education clear the Scholarship. Usually Euro 500 per semester is charged from the students plus there are other expenses which university will tell you.
