Education is not free in germany however if you able to get the scholarship then its free .Following are the entry requirements for getting admission in germany :-Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or Natural Sciences- General Management Admission Test (GMAT),English language Test like Toefl, A minimum of one years work experience after the bachelor degree

There are various options available for Btech students like one can do Mtech in the relevant field , MBA, MS specialisation etc its completely depends upon the individual approach and interest .

sorry , i am not giving the answer to what u asked, but I would ask why u want to go to engineerng field, once uon a time there were 5 to 6 engineering colloeges in as tate , now adys u find atleast 40-50 engineering institutes. so unless u pass out form a very good institute theier is no value to it.
dear the best students take go to engineering or medical feild, reamaining are left to join commerce than arts. In my opinion any student who takes the commerce subjects and preparae for good managemnt institute entrance exam than he will definitely have edge over other engineerng and medical students. Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees.
