Hi,
If you have completed your bachelors in aeronautical, then the best possible course for you would be a masters in aeronautical engineering. You can even opt for the other 2 programs that you have mentioned. There is no limitation in applying for them and you are very well eligible.
The question is, have you asked yourself what career do you want 10 years down the line? Do you feel your good with air crafts after pursuing your BE, or you feel you have a better chemistry with machines? The choice is yours and only yours. Just ask yourself what your interested in and what interests you the most and pursue that course.

Hi,
Scholarships including internal and external scholarships are available at almost all universities(USA majorly). UK does not have much scholarship opportunities. Kindly let me know the course you want to apply for as well as throw a little more light on your qualifications i.e. class 12th marks, bsc marks, number of years in which you completed the degree, etc.

In order to be eligible to apply for MS abroad, you have to take the GRE and the TOEFL. If you want to make it to one of the best universities abroad, you should score atleast 75% and above in your Btech, target a minimum GRE score of 1300+ and a minimum TOEFL score of 100+ in the Internet Based Test.
