You can go for MBA marketing which will be helpful for you to do job in pharma related companies in marketing domain. Also you can work with market research companies working for pharma clients.

First of all, I would like to suggest you to try and get the wide exposure of other courses. Anything is not particularly important. The admission process for the 2016-18 academic year was conducted through DTE and under that process 15% seats were given to all India candidates. CMAT is one of the exam considered for All India seats. Other exams considered were MHCET, CAT,XAT,and MAT . You can give any of the mentioned exams to be eligible to apply for those seats. Typically the cut off is 99.99 percentile.

After the completion of your UG, you can opt for a MBA/PGDM program which will help you in enhancing your management skills. It will be helpful for future growth and promotions. Although, there are lakhs of MBA graduates in the country but only around 10% are employable. Thus, the chances of growth in this field are quite high if you extract and enhance your skill by joining a MBA/PGDM program. Coming on to the jobs, you will easily get a job after completion of B.Com but the chances of opportunities for growth are minimal, thus I recommend you to go for MBA/PGDM.
There are also a lot of other options like LLB, mass communication etc.
