International students are always interested to pursue MS, because he/she first understand their subject and for that Bachelors degree from your home country is important in my view. It will also help everyone to choose Masters subjects according to their interest, so try for MS because every country needs a person who is excellent in ones particular subject.
Australia provide PR for Bachelors and Masters both but prefer MS don't worry.
