After B.Sc CS student can get entry level developer & testers roles in small & medium size IT companies and IT department of enterprises. Large companies prefer B.Tech CSE/IT or MCA or M.Sc IT/ CS over B.Sc CS/IT or BCA. With few years experience, B.Sc CS graduates can move to large IT companies or MNCs with better roles and salary. In order to have a long term career and start your career with good companies, you are advised to do M.Sc CS or MCA.

It's difficult to get MBBS. Still, you can try. You can get admission in a private medical college for BDS. Do contact the college individually.
All the best. Feel free to revert in case further queries.

JKSHIM NITTE is an autonomous institute under VTU which is the biggest positive over Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management but Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management is a fast rising institution & shouldn't be neglected.
NITTE is located in remote area but Sahyadri has an outstanding campus & management is very much dedicated towards excellence.
I would recommend NITTE over Sahyadri.
All the best for your second round of seat selection.
Also, you can consider MBA offered by Aloysius for comparison purpose.

Unfortunately no. In Kolkata, IIM Calcutta ,IIFT Kolkata and ISB Kolkata are the only best colleges. Other institutes are not good in terms of infrastructure, faculty and everything else.
I would suggest you to not to waste your money on such institutes.

Unfortunately you are not eligible for Canadian Universities because of your academic score. You can try for SPP colleges of Canada where you might be eligible to get admission. For that, you need to score over 6.5 band in IELTS and at least 300 in GRE. Besides, GRE and IELTS are totally different exams, so you have to appear for both of them. All the best.
