Managing interior design and BBA course together will be strenuous task as both are totally different streams and demands proper time. So, it is up to you to decide whether you can balance both. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can do justice with both the courses.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. Accordingly, you may go for BBA and pursue short term interior course afterwards.
So, decide sensibly before joining.

As for the interior courses, there are many degree, diploma, certificate courses available which you may join after completing plus two in any stream.
Admission will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter.
Another important point is that you must be certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification to enjoy the immensely rewarding, interesting and lucrative profession.
