The best suited course for you would be a masters in biotechnology as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can opt for clinical research as that course has a good scope in the United States. Do you have any specific course in mind which you are really inclined towards out of the courses that you have mentioned? Do let me know.

HI, there is no problem if you from BSc field or from any other field, if you are interested in that field so definately go for that course.

HI madam,IGNOU is all over world valid university for every course such that bachelor and Master,diploma,PhD etc.I m say that only if you are doing any job,then you doing MBA from distance/IGNOU.if you are not doing any job,then you doing MBA regular.It is must for make better career.Regular student have much value from distance student.But you have any personal or family related then you doing MBA from Ignou is best for career.Mostly company are required Ignou student (mostly MBA related field).

DOEACC is an autonomous body of the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India.
It holds relevant recognition in the market and is a great option for people who wish to pursue a career in IT.

It is not possible. Neither in this university, or in any other university or college or institute in Canada. You have no option but to complete your degree here in India itself and then apply for a masters course in Canada.
