First of all you need to decide what exactly you want to do MBA or Hardware/ Software course also let me tell you according to your academics you can opt the course.
To do MBA from New Zealand you would require 2 to 5 years of work experience along with your bachelors degree from a recognised university or its equivalent. You would also require minimum band score of 6.5 in IELTS, some universities may also require GMAT score. Duration of the programme would be two years and average fee would be approx NZ$ 25000 per year. Living cost NZ$ 15000 per year would be extra. Some good Universities in New Zealand are:

Mass Comm is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, PR etc.And as you are interested in television i would like to know the area of your interest as television has a huge scope an there are various technicalities involved in the same like direction, editing, production etc. Also electronic journalism comes under television.
