Its not about which subject would be preferable, it totally depends on your career interest. MBA is a management degree which should be pursued if you want to make a career in management or any management related discipline. On the other hand, if you want to make a career in the engineering discipline, then you should stick to MTECH or MS.

First of all you need to decide what exactly you want to do MBA or Hardware/ Software course also let me tell you according to your academics you can opt the course.
To do MBA from New Zealand you would require 2 to 5 years of work experience along with your bachelors degree from a recognised university or its equivalent. You would also require minimum band score of 6.5 in IELTS, some universities may also require GMAT score. My advice will be to have a full time MBA if you are a fresher. If you have experience then go for Executive MBA where the classes are on Week-end in the evening.
You can consider Skyline Business School, Delhi for both courses.
