Well to pursue a graduate degree the minimum educational qualification required is a 12th pass and without which getting admission in graduate degree is quite difficult.I would suggest you to first complete your 12th through Private/ Open University and based on which you may then apply for the graduate degree courses.

What do u mean by a best institute? Do u have clear picture what u will do after CCNA? Will u plz tell me what is ur Basic Qualification? Do u have knowledge of LAN? Do u have knowledge of any Server Operating System? Can u setup a Network without Operating System? Which OS u have very sound knowledge?
