Hello, You may get such response, which may vary with university applied for! Those Universities, who are very particular about Post Graduate Degree may not validate your Qualification. DEC approval is deemed to cover tripartiate committee having UGC, DEC and AICTE members. Seperate AICTE approval is not required for Distance learning institutes. There are lot of other universities who will surely consider your PG diploma for Phd program. As per advise of Mr.Rajneesh check out with IMT best wishes .

Hi Khushbu,
There are many institutes in India offering MCA courses and for each of the institutes, the eligibility and admission procedure may differ from one another.
But in most of the colleges, the minimum eligibility required is a graduate degree preferably in the field of IT and should have studied Maths at +2 level.
To get admission to a good MCA college, one requires to qualify different entrances depending on the requirement of the institute you apply to. Entrances like CET, NIMCET, JCET, JECA, ICET and more are conducted for MCA admissions.
To know more regarding the various MCA colleges, you may refer to the following link:

First of all I would like to clarify that colleges come under the same University not visa versa. So, if the University is the same I don't think you should face any problem but I would suggest that to be on safer side you should inform the Bank from where you have taken the loan.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

If you won't be able to justify what you did in that 1 year, there would be a problem. If you can show some kind of work experience or experience of any community service activity or a certificate which would prove that you were involved in something productive in that 1 year, then it would not create much problems. However, if you simply tell the universities that you were doing nothing in that 1 year, they would straight away reject you.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
