You cannot do a degree directly. Consider doing a Diploma and then for example through engineering Diploma, you can make a lateral entry to graduation. Diploma also offers you direct job opportunities too. Any other degree, that you want to do, after Diploma you will need to go through normal admission procedure. Some ask for marks at Diploma level plus entrance exam, group discussion and interview.

If you have work experience of 4 years then pursuing executive MBA is a good choice. Full time course is more valuable as compared to the part time course.

BE from CSE branch will provide you more job offers as compared to MCA. After BE, you can opt for job or go for further technical education through M.Tech. Many IT companies have BE from CSE branch as their first choice while recruiting.
