Hii Anuj, Yes, there is!
Your mechanical degree along with a MBA is a deadly combination. Having a mech. degree gives you knowledge and skills about machines, likewise a MBA degree will equip you with knowledge and skills to enter corporate world. For a mechanical engineer you can get jobs in operation field! (supply chain, logistics) etc. Also, jobs related to marketing in mechanical oriented industries! Wide scope is there after doing Masters in MBA. Having a MBA from a reputed University is an added advantage. Good luck!

If you have scored 45% percentage in your first year of graduation than you must work hard to improve your percentage because to be eligible for admission into an MBA college you need to have 50% aggregate in your graduation otherwise you are not eligible for MBA and if you have scored 45% in your 1st year of MBA than yes, you can opt finance but again you have to work hard because its not easy to work on finance.

I would like to ask you that why you want to know about taxation if you have done your graduation in business management. If you want to do Diploma, then you have a good option like Diploma in financial management, Diploma in world trade management, Diploma in banking and finance management. Diploma is for one year and you will not get good scope through this. So, I will like you to suggest that it will be better if you do PGDM from good university or college will help you a lot.
