MBA is offered by those institutions which are under some state university eg: PUMBA,Pune gives MBA which comes under Pune university. While PGDM is given by autonomous/independent institutes. My suggestion to you is to take CAT exam again and try and give other exams too like MAT/SNAP/XAT etc. But work hard this time. If you can't wast your one more year then you can refer these colleges:
