Top 50 B-Schools provide admissions through entrance exams also they have certain cutoffs to avail their scholarships. Good B-Schools mean good placements. Therefore, it is advisable to go for the entrance exams.

Some universities in the USA accept 15 years of education, it is difficult to name all of them but top ones are Harvard, MIT, etc. Also, many other universities may accept you after a WES evaluation. You have to check websites and write to them. Otherwise, complete the first year of a Master's degree programme in India. Also, if you don't have any work experience, please get a job and gain work experience because that's one of the main requirement.
