You can do B.Tech in any branch, but you will get lateral entry only in B.Tech aeronautical/aerospace i.e. direct admission in 2nd year.
If you want to go for some other branch then you have to start from the first semester only.

Yes, you can, but if you are planning for lateral entry admission i e. direct admission in 2nd year, then that you will get only in Aeronautical or aerospace branch.
If you opt for other branch for B.Tech, then you have to start from first semester only.

Hi Naveen, yes placement is provided to all our students no matter the year. The moment a student joins GEMS B School, immediately the placement process will start and the student will be placed in a job related to the specialization in the MBA. Yes, you can do that, but the thing is that the college you had left and the institute you want to join should be affiliated from same university. If this is the situation then it is good for you, otherwise your first two years in B.Tech are waste.

An entrance test score of 75 percentile and above in any of the following entrance tests (75% for GMAT):
XAT 2018
CAT 2017
CMAT 2018
MAT May 2017, September 2017, December 2017 and February 2018
ATMA-All tests in 2017-18
GMAT-2016, 2017 and 2018 (score of 600 and above).
Only such tests in 2017-18 of which results are declared latest by February 25, 2018 will be considered.
You need to satisfy their minimum eligibility criteria.
