Hi, none of the institute offers M.Tech in Electrical Engineering at M.Tech level
However you can do MS programme in distance and off campus mode from BITS Pilani

Hi,
With 50%, you cannot pursue masters of computer science in Canada from a good university as the requirement in most universities is 75% in UG which can maximum be narrowed down to 60% considering the student scores very well in the GRE. In your case, i would recommend applying to a university in UK as you would get better universities in UK as per your profile in terms of course offering and brand value. You can even consider Australia.

Hi Arun, Automobile or Mechanical whichever you choose, has very good scope in Germany. Here are some universities that are ranked high and offer courses in automotive or mechanical. HS Ingolstadt (MAsters in International Automotive Engineering), HS Esslingen/Gppingen(MAsters in Automotive Systems), HTW Saarbrcken(MAsters in Mechatronics.

Your question is quite subjective in regards to which department, location and most importantly the organization you opt to go for your training and with out knowing these details it is hardly possible to gather any information. Also Shiksha is not a platform to discuss of industrial training as this would more or less be based on the job vacancies and similar opportunities with an organization. you are on right trck to become the best person for india. however, becoming an IAS officer is not simple as you are thinking about it. if you are talented, quick learner and clever person then you can cross the prelliam, main exam and interview in first attempt. however most of the times people try and try and try but sometimes they fail. coz it is the matter of passion and sustainable development. if you are doing graduation then it will take mini um one year after graduation. or if you have completed you graduation then it probably it will take 2 more years with constant study.

As you have 10 years of work experience you definitely can opt for an EMBA programme. However, if you are only want a degree to gain knowledge then it would not matter from where you do your degree, but if you are looking for a career progression through MBA then you should opt for a University like IGNOU which may also accept your Diploma as you have 10 years of work Experience as it would have much better standing in the job Market than U18.
i would like to add here that advisable is always go for a full time MBA , even if you plan to go for EMBA as that gives you better job opportunities.
