Well if you are looking for institutes with a good curriculum in Animation and also a name in the Industry, you can look for the ones like IDC IIT, NID, BIT Mesra followed by the private institutes like Global School of Art, TGC, Picasso, MAAC, Arena etc to name a few.
As for the fee structure is concerned, this shall vary from one institute to another and providing any exact information would not be a possibility, however, to gain complete and accurate information, you can contact the preferred institute directly.

Hi Shakti,
If you are referring to first woman IAS after Indian Independence, it was E. B. Joshi, the first woman officer of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) appointed after the Government allowed women candidates to appear in the premier civil services examination after Independence.
However, before this, it was Anna George Malhotra.

MMM is fine if you want to pursue your career specifically in marketing otherwise MBA is undoubtedly better than MMM, It will give you better understanding of management. There are various universities in India which offer MBA in different specialization. One can even pursue MBA in core programs these days. UPES is one such university that offers MBA in core sectors. First of its kind, the university has got thumbs up from the industry due to its advanced courses, well experienced faculty and good placements.

Hi
If your aim is Civil Services, I suggest you should not opt engineering as 1. This course will not have any relevance to your career 2. A candidate interested in engineering may not get seat. It is wastage of the resources
Better you should do BA (Civil Services) course specially designed for those who wants to make career in civil services
Bharathiar University TN, Kavi Kulguru Sanskrit University Nagpur offer this course
University of Madras also offer the same course as BA history with Civil Services
