yes it is good. but before enrollment check whether the institute and the course has got aprroval from the govrnemnt and the educational committees of the government. for example in india, UGC, DEC, AICTE etc. approve the course.
second thing you must check the status of the institute where u will take an admission. its services for students. most of the institutes just run the course for the sake of earning money and not procding knowledge or serivices. they promise a lot before taking admsion bt reality reveals after the admission. most of the institutes collect revenue and do not take care of the studnets
so be careful
better to go to IGNOU or sikkim manipal universitythey provide the better service

Do not confused with titles as every country has different way of having titles. Although, there are Institutes which take lateral entry in their MBA programmes but there are not many, and especially if you talk about full time MBA, but if you have already done your graduation and have 50% and above marks through a recognized university you can definitely go for Hospital management programme and get into General Administration roles.
