Hi Praveen
Since you are in 12th i will advise you to choose maths in 12th and make command in mathematics after 12th you can choose BCA or Btech.
from my point of view choose Btech CS after 12th and then do Mtech.
Another aspect is doing BCA and then MCA but deference between these two aspect is BCA+MCA=6 YEARS AND Btech + Mtech = 6 years and no doubt that Mtech is better than MCA .Even Btech students are compateting with MCA students.

You can apply to On Demand Examination of NIOS and also can enroll for general system of senior secondary exam of NIOS.
It will save your year.
NIOS was earlier part of CBSE only but later government decided to separate private exam from CBSE and started it as national open school
