BBM, is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Please remember every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue BBM, you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board with good academic record preferably 50% plus in 12th plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.

It baffles me as how are you teaching in Jr college to BA/B.Com as engineer. You are qualified to work in any private or government engineering college as Asst Prof. NET qualification is not required for engineering colleges. My suggestion is that you immediately switch over.
