At Emporia State University a successful application includes the following:
• An international application; http://www.emporia.edu/oie/apply-to-esu/.
• Submit original or notarized copies of all academic credentials (secondary school records, examinations results, diplomas, courses, credits completed and grades received). Official notarized translated copies must also be sent for all non-English credentials.
• Non-native English speakers should submit official TOEFL or IELTS scores. Non-native English speakers who do not submit a score will need to take an English Placement Exam upon arrival to Emporia State University.
• Submit a financial statement certifying the sources and amounts of funding available. International students must show proof of funds on deposit for the total cost of two semesters of study at Emporia State University.
• Send a photocopy of the information page in your passport. This copy must show your picture and name.
• The application fee is $50
There are additional requirements for Graduate Students, see below:
• Write a statement of purpose describing your major field of interest and objectives, you are encouraged to include your special interests and hobbies and other reasons for attending Emporia State University.
• Send three letters of recommendation from teachers and/or employers.
• Pay the application fee of $75.

Today, there is no differentiation for girls as far as career options are concerned. Being a science graduate, you have many options but if you are thinking in terms of IAS/IPS; I would say its a good choice. However, i must caution that it can not be prepared side by side with other studies. One complete year of dedicated hard work only you should appear for pre-lim exams. This year onward, optional subjects are going to change and instead of stream related subjects, more administration related subjects are being brought in. selection of subject can not be suggested by others, as your own aptitude, interest and background matters most. the steps of preparation is as follows:-
1. First you decide that whether you can devote one year of your life to minimum 8 hours per day studies for 365 days.
2. go to www.upscsyllabus.facts.co and download the syllabus.
3. go to www.civilserviceindia.com Here is a list of subjects for IAS/UPSC exams as per the UPSC Syllabus. Under each subject is provided reources regarding the mains IAS syllabus as well as pre-lims.
4. Join some good coaching center like Raut's, Chanakya or Paradigm classes.
5. Start making notes, multiple revision, preparation under time pressure and mock tests.
6. In March 2014, fill up online application for the upsc exam on www.upsconline.nic.in

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , your son need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience he also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus he need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, as per your query I would suggest your son to work for 3-4 years after graduation and then opt for MBA form good universities in UK as it will further enhance his career prospects.

Fresher means new in work after studies and do not have work any where, so every one is fresher at his/ her career starting point. Multiple qualifications or higher educations always paid in times. Every fresher have to prove their mettle by putting hard work and sincere continuous efforts. So put your best efforts and hard work along with good problem solving ways, then you will get highest place in few years. Private industries never have problem with age whether younger / or older but they search best problem solving attitude and hard worker along with educations in their required respective field. Government departments have maximum requirements according to age/ experience/ fresher + give preference to multiple professional qualifications/ higher educations, so feel free in every aspects because after putting sincere best efforts+ hard work you will be successful in your career/ field and life.
