Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Archaeology is the science of studying human cultures through the recovery, analysis and documentation of material remains and environmental data, like architecture, artefacts, features, landscapes.
It is preferable for candidates to have a background of ancient history and culture. The basic eligibility criteria for Bachelor course in History/ Archaeology (i.e B.A level) of three-year duration, is 10+2 or equivalent.
After graduation one can opt for a Post graduate Diploma or Degree course in Archaeology.

BITSAT : Eligibility Criteria -->
1) For getting admission into any Integrated First Degree Program, the candidates are required to have qualified XII and X form any recognized State/Central Board or its equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as the compulsory Subjects.
2) The candidate should have scored a minimum of 75% aggregate marks and a minimum of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry individually.
3) The candidate who have qualified the above mentioned exams in 2013 will be eligible. Also those who have qualified the XII exam in 2012 will be eligible if they have proper reason for this gap.
4) The decisions taken by the admissions committee regarding BITSAT will be final.
5) Candidates already studying in any of the campus of BITS Pilani, are NOT eligible to sit for BITSAT.
6) If the candidate is not able to submit the final result of XII till the last date, He/she will NOT be considered for admission, even if he/she has the record of earlier performance in XII or its equivalent exam. If the candidate has attempted XII more than one time, he/she will be eligible, provided he/she should have done so for full course.
7) The candidates who are the board toppers of their respective Boards will get direct admission in the course of their choice, irrespective of their score in BITSAT.
However, such candidates should have scored the minimum eligible marks in XII as specified earlier.
