It depends on college to college. Most of the good colleges will not accept you because they want students who have very good academic scores. What you could do is make your SOP (Statement of Purpose) very good that it impresses the Canadian colleges, and then there's a chance for your admission.

Hello George, You have raised indeed a very interesting and pertinent query. Minimum cut off marks a student needs to score in the eligibility examination for getting into engineering colleges varies from institute to institute.
