US,UK and Germany are the best study destination to pursue MS in ECE and related fields, in order to pursue MS degree from universities in these countries you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus. (Required by universities in US and Germany only)
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
