The advise provided by Aru is correct, going for an Intergrated course can be a benefit in two ways - one it awards you with the muc reqd BCA degree and secondly provides you with a Masters degree.
However you are keen to attain just the BCA degree, you can opt for it through the correspondence mode, there are several institutes offering the same.

But if you are looking for a short duration course which offers a degree, there may be a couple of Universities boasting of 'Single sitting courses', but these are generally not authentic or hold any recognition, and hence are not advise

If you are a Masters degree older froma recognized by an approved University with a minimum percentage of 55% (may differ depending where you plan to apply for Ph.D) and have a clear vision as to in which stream/ discipline you plan to take up your research, then you are eligible to pursue a Doctorate program.
For most of the admission are conducted by the UGC NET exam, also there are a few Universities which carry out parallel exams for PhD admissions other than the UGC NET.
