Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.

Ibs mumbai and ibs pune are good for marketing and HR specially for marketing.although ibs hyderabad is best among all ibs campuses but the fee is just double of other ibs so ROI is almost similar.
I would suggest you either ibs pune or mumbai becouse both have same fee structure as well as placements in marketing.
Although for HR mumbai is slightly better than pune but the difference is not much.
So if you have decided marketing then obviously i will suggest you either mumbai or pune.
