An astronaut is a person trained by a human space flight program to command, pilot, or serve as a crew member of a spacecraft. Although generally reserved for professional space travellers, the terms are sometimes applied to anyone who travels into space, including scientists also. (a) Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in engineering, Science, or mathematics etc. An advanced degree is desirable.
(b) At least 1,000 hours pilot-in-command time in jet aircraft. Flight test experience is highly desirable.

Marketing students are expected to be creative and innovative. Your previous experience does not matter as much as your ability to sell yourself and the product you are looking to sell.

You can proceed for the degree course after completing Diploma. That should save an year of yours. However, even before this, you can compete for the degree course to get admission.

Although it's not mandatory, good maths background is helpful and required to become a good game programmer and designer.
