Assuming by AIIMS you meant All India Institute of Medical Science, the institute is a medical institution and offer courses related to the same, and hence it is not possible to get a banking job through AIIMS.

pursueing a course in law is a very nice option. you can appear for CLAT for admission to prestigious law colleges across india. Some of the prestigious law colleges are GLC mumbai, NLIU bhopal etc.

for becoming an ips officer you need to clear UPSC civil services exam. For this you need to be a graduate in any stream science, arts, commerce , humanities. For more details visit www.upsc.gov.in.
