To earn a CFA charter, you must have four years of qualified investment work experience, become a member of CFA Institute, pledge to adhere to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct on an annual basis, apply for membership to a local CFA member society, and complete the CFA Program.
The CFA Program is organized into three levels, each culminating in a six-hour exam. Completing the Program takes most candidates between two and five years (there is no limit to the number of times you can take each exam), but you can take as long as you need to complete the program.

You get robotics as a stream in ME/MTEch not at BTech level, at this level you study it as a paper only. In almost IITs and NITs has a branch in robotics.

Please find below the requirements for pursuing MBA from US:
1) The first and foremost requirement: You require atleast 2 years work experience. If you do not have work expeirence after you finish your BCOM and still want to pursue MBA, you can pursue it from UK
2) You would be required to take the GMAT and TOEFL. If you want admission in a top university, you need to score above 700 and 100 in GMAT/TOEFL.
Once you have fulfilled the above mentioned requirements, you can apply to any university in USA.
