Mininum Educational Qualifications for Admission:
Bachelors degree with Mathematics as a subject for at least one year for annual system candidates/ at least two papers of Mathematics for semester system candidates.
Eligibility Requirements for Admission:
The candidates who qualify in JAM 2011 shall have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria for admissions in IITs.
At least 55% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for General/OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for SC, ST and PD category candidates in the qualifying degree.For candidates with letter grades/CGPA (instead of percentage of marks), the equivalence in percentage of marks will be decided by the Admitting Institute(s).
Proof of having passed the qualifying degree with the minimum educational qualification as specified by the admitting institute should be submitted by 30th September 2011.

Hi Akshay, for now the intake is closed for most of the UG courses. But for the next one you should have completed class 12 with a good percentage at least around 80%+. It is advised that you make your application before hand and send in your class 12 results as soon as you get them. But you should still try as class 12 results are not announced yet so you might still be given consideration.
There is no other additional requirement for international students. You may be asked to produce IELTS or TOEFL score if you have not studied in English medium.
