The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. However, as you are from engineering background, you can choose Operations or Finance as a specialization. Both the specializations are traditional specializations and are available in most of the good Institutes
Few of the Institutes for Operations which you can consider are: IIM Kozhikode, Lucknow, NMIMS, S.P.Jain, SIBM, SIOM, etc. For Finance you can check: IIM Calcutta, Lucknow, & Bangalore, ICFAI, MDI, FMS etc.

As you have scored pretty low in 12th it would be difficult to get into a decent BBA Institute, however, few of the Institutes providing BBA in Mumbai are:

There are many institutes in India offering B.Com courses and the eligibility criteria may differ on the basis of one college to another and also on the basis of the course - Honors or Pass.
