Dear Swapnil, is your current university offering a study abroad exchange program or are you looking for a direct transfer? In the latter you must communicate with the universities to know their credit transfer scheme. Check for university credibility, career assistance and internship opportunities they provide. If you are referring to an exchange program abroad go for it. The cost varies basis where you want to go and which university.
Best Wishes
