So after 10th, make her go for Arts stream. After that, select a few colleges from where she would like to do BA course. Select the colleges according to your location and fees preference. Generally most of the colleges don't have any admission test for BA; admission is done on the basis of class 12th board percentage. So, tell her to score as much as she could in 12th. If your selected colleges has any entrance test, then you can buy their books for the respective exams from any book stall.

Or else, prepare yourself for Research, under a good Professor of good repute. Preparing for NET is also a good option. Think, if you like becoming a Professor.
