If you are talking about Bachelors, you must complete your 10+2 with excellent grades if you are aiming for a good university. Because you are an international student, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. SAT is required for US. These are the basic requirements, for specific admission process and criteria, you have to check the university websites.
