PGDCA is only advisable if you aim for a career in IT industry. Also you should pursue MCA after the PG Diploma in order to enhance career opportunities.
Eligibility requirement:
For seeking admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications course, candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks, which is 45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

Bachelor's degree programmes in Switzerland are very competitive and taught in the German language. You must also take the IELTS. If you are talking about Bachelors, you must complete your 10+2 with excellent grades if you are aiming for a good university. Because you are an international student, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. SAT is required for US. These are the basic requirements, for specific admission process and criteria, you have to check the university websites.
