After giving NEET you can only apply for MBBS and BDS courses and 150 is not a good score. So, if you are truly passionate about doing MBBS or BDS then you can take a year drop and take some coaching. If you don't want to take a drop then you can fill up some other forms of different colleges like B.Sc, biotech, B.Pharma, etc. and then check for their admission criteria.
