There is no guarantee of 100% placements in India for B.Tech / B.Sc IT because in India there are large number of IT engineers and B.Tech is better among B.Tech and B.Sc IT.

Hi Kiran,
You have a great percentage in board exams and the all India rank is more important than your OBC category rank in JEE mains to apply for SASTRA University.
Since you have appeared for JEE exam you can apply for SASTRA University through stream 1 and there is no need to apply separately for stream 2.
The website is www.sastra.edu and the last date is 10th of June.
