Yes, you can get admission but only in private colleges and it will be very difficult for you to complete the portions for the semester because the semester exams begin in the month of November, December.

You'll have to score more than 75% in your 12th . And also you will have to clear JEE Mains. These two things will make you eligible to sit in the JEE advance exam. Once you clear JEE advance you can apply for counselling and you will get one of the college as per your rank.

Hi, there are currently no Cyber Security Major Courses but if you'd like to opt for courses I prefer you go for Certification courses from Trusted organisations and don't go for MANY certifications go for the skills as companies don't see certifications in cybersecurity, they see passion and skills.
