Bangalore has several good colleges that offer MBA programs. It's difficult to say which college is the best as each college has its own strengths and unique features. Some of the top colleges for MBA in Bangalore are:

When you speak of scope, you are directly referring to potential for growth. There is scope in all engineering fields. And I think if an engineer is passionate enough about what he is doing, then the growth in a field would be the same regardless. I'll define passion here through questions.
- Are you willing to learn more than what your college course teaches you without any external incentive?
- Do you usually keep yourself engaged in activities related to the field such as personal projects or Coursera/edX courses to expand your scope? I know a mechanical engineering student who built a go-kart car in his free time with friends and used it to participate in a race. He confesses that his learning from his courses solidified through the activity.
- If you have an idea, would you be inclined strong enough to skip a party that night to work on the idea?
If the answers to these questions is a 'yes', it shows that you have a certain level of passion, and it will take you far in your field, regardless of how many/how few jobs exist in that field.
You want to be an engineer because you want to build things for the pleasure of building itself. A high paycheck will come as a total side effect. Every engineering field involves creative work, and that gives limitless possibilities in what you can do. So pick what you are passionate about, and completely own the field. You will end up much better and happier afterwards.
