It will be very effective as Cambridge English exams matter a lot but I would recommend UGC NET and SET exams because they help you get job in colleges or universities.

Yes, there are really high chances for you to get electrical and electronics engineering at SASTRA University. You have a good score so that you percentile will be 91.57=91.6
On June 10th the rank list will be released so you may check it. But there are good chances for you to get a seat for EEE.

Usually, CSE and IT branches have the highest cut-off. They go a high as 120-130. So, it is quite difficult to conclude what will be the cut-off for this year.
Keep trying for other branches as well.

Yes it's a good option.
But don't go for MBA just because you are not good in Maths, Maths is in both MCA & MBA.
Go for MCA if interested in Programming/IT field.
Or MBA if interested in Management.
Make sure you do MCA from good college / university.
If you choose MCA then side by side of MCA do some certifications when you will be in 2nd or 3rd year as it will help you in getting good package.
Maths is hard I know but keep learning, give your best and someday you will love this subject.
