It depends upon the cutoff which varies from year to year. You just check the cutoff and merit list of different universities.

The last date is 31st october, but since there are scholarships involved by way of a scholarship test, you must apply before 27th. The new programme in collaboration with talent edge has been launched, it guarantees a placement within the first month of joining the programme !
